Vintage, Antique and Secondhand Items
All items, including those listed "new with tag", are secondhand.
We will do our best to describe any imperfections, flaws or damages. Please note, general wear is to be expected with vintage, antique and secondhand items.
We encourage you to carefully read the item description, examine provided photographs, and reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification.
We take great care to ensure that all items we offer for sale are authentic. However, it's important to note that due to the nature of these items, it may not always be possible to provide definitive provenance. If an item comes with a certificate of authenticity or any supporting documentation, it will be mentioned in the description.
Shipping Details
We process orders within 7 business days.
We only ship tracked packages via Canada Post (internationally via USPS or local carrier). We do not offer cheaper rates without tracking and we do not accept shipment labels from customers. If you require alternate delivery options (example: different company due to address restrictions) please contact us before ordering.
Each item is weighed and measured with a box and packaging material. We do not estimate shipping information. Shipping rates are automatically calculated via Canada Post and can be viewed when adding item(s) to your cart.
We print our labels using the information provided at checkout. Please ensure information is complete and correct, we cannot be responsible for errors entered by customers.
In the event items are returned to due to shipping errors (missing unit number, undeliverable address, etc) customers will be responsible for return postage fee (if applicable) and will be charged shipping to have package resent. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be given for the order minus the original shipping charge.
We do combine shipping where possible! Some items are best to be shipped separately so please reach out if you have questions!
International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Packaging Information
The majority of our packaging is second hand. We source our boxes, poly mailers and packaging material from other businesses, persons and the Earthub program.
Packaging material may include kraft paper, shipping paper, bubble wrap, air pillows/pockets and/or shipping foam. We do use thermal printed shipping labels (international customers will have visible customs information, including contents and value of items) and plastic packaging tape. We will label fragile boxes with marker, as needed.
We encourage reusing and recycling the packaging to continue the cycle!
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized cards/notes. Orders do not come with invoices so they can be mailed directly to the giftee.
Local Orders
We're located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. We do have delivery and pick up options for local orders. Please contact us before placing an order.
Local orders placed without previous communication/arrangements will be mailed to the address provided at checkout.
At times, we do participate in local markets and events where you can shop in person! Please view our "Events" page for details.
Item Sizing
Please refer to the item description for size information. We use Imperial measurements of inches/feet.
We will do our best to provide measurements but don't hesitate to contact us for clarification. Items can appear larger or smaller in photos based on camera and/or computer settings. Many items are photographed close up to show detail and such photographs should not be used to determine size of items. We do not list the weight of our items, however, this information can be provided on request.
In terms of quantity of items, the listing will describe what is included. In some cases listings may feature a drop down menu to select size, quantity or variation. Majority of listings are for single items unless otherwise stated they are a set.
Wholesale and Discounts
The unique part about shopping vintage stores is limited availability. We cannot offer wholesale or bulk discounts. We do welcome resellers, as we understand each shop caters to different people and markets, however no additional discounts are given.
We also appreciate the support from (but not limited to) designers, decorators, prop companies, retail stores, bloggers, influencers - but we do not offer items for free press, exposure or pay for influencer packages.
We often run sales so make sure to bookmark our shop and follow us on social media to be notified.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations.
In the rare case an item is damaged in the mail, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery. Our items are shipped with insurance. We will require photographs (packaging and item) and details about the order to submit a claim. We appreciate your assistance during this process as it may take up to 30 days.
Unclaimed and/or abandoned orders will be held for 30 days. After this time we reserve the right to resell the items and no refund will be given.
Do you offer consignment or buy items?
We're always excited to explore unique pieces that add to our collection.
To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we request that you provide us with detailed information about each item (including photographs, descriptions, item's condition, any notable features/flaws and history if available). Items are reviewed independently due to space limitations.
In terms of pricing, we would like you to share the price you are looking to consign or sell each item for. This will help us better understand your expectations and evaluate whether it aligns with our business. At this time, we do not send offers or engage in researching items without a starting price point.
We understand that consigning or selling your cherished items can be a significant decision and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

Are you looking for a specific item? We're happy to help! While we cannot guarantee we will be able to source the item for you, please contact us with your requests. We understand the important of replacing family heirlooms or adding to your growing collection.
Restoration and Care Information
Each item requires specialized care, handling and cleaning. We do our best to restore these items before shipping and each item is reviewed before it leaves our care. If you have questions about cleaning or repair methods used on the item(s), please contact us.
We do not offer any warranties due to the nature of our business.
