Undertaking a website has always been in the back of my mind. For years (four years to be exact...) I put off creating one for Lemon's Loot.
I have an Etsy shop.
I have an Instagram account.
I have a Facebook page.
I have Twitter... Tiktok... Pinterest.
But I never had a home. I never had a specific place that was "just mine".
2023 brought so much insight and light into my business. I've been making changes, tackling new projects, getting involved and focusing on growing. Having a website created was the next natural progression for my [not so] little business!
Don't get me wrong, I use to actively say I didn't need a website. It was rooted in fear. I'm not a website designer. I wasn't sure my customers even needed a website. Would people even visit? What I realized was I was limiting myself. Hello impostor syndrome!
I believe a website is such a personal journey. Sure, this one is for my business, but it's also for me. It has allowed me to collect my thoughts, share my carefully created policies, showcase my wins, share what events are coming, and ones that have passed. In a way, our website is a digital diary. It allows us to connect in ways we can't with ever changing social media platforms.
I don't know how this website will change over time, but for now, I'm proud of this little corner of internet. I'm really glad you took a moment to check it out. Thank you for being here and for supporting my business. It truly means the world to me.
